Shipping Policy

We have 3-5 business days of handling time before our products are shipped. Our team tries their best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Our products take 10-20 business days for delivery.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, we understand that here are the details:

You can return backdrops within 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order.

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with custom logo cannot be returned.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the product.
